What is it?
A list of our regular attendees who meet a few basic requirements
Required by Church rules to participate in our Annual General Meeting, when we elect our church leadership team (Wardens, Council members, Archdeaconry representatives)
Only used by our Electoral Roll Officer (Suzanne), not sent to anyone else
Why is it important to be on it?
To show your commitment to our church and its leaders
To have a say in who is on its leadership team, nominate people, or stand for election yourself.
Can you join it? Yes, if you:
Have been attending services regularly for at least 6 months
Are at least 18 (the form says 16, but under French law you must be 18)
Baptised, and a member of the Anglican church or a related church.
When can you join it?
Up to the deadline of Sunday 4th May, two weeks before the meeting
What if you don’t meet the requirements?
If you haven’t been here 6 months yet, you can join it next year!
And even if you can’t join it – or don’t wish to – you are still a valued member of our congregation!
